Hi, I’m Cassie, and if you’ve made it this far, we’re probably going to get along great. You’re here because you’re a rule breaker, a nonconformist, and you want wedding photos that reflect you, without all the posing and the fluff. You’re real. You want to live in the moment, embrace imperfection and stay present on your day with your love. And I’m so on board for it all. From our first call to your wedding date, I’ll give you all the recommendations and crack as many jokes as it takes for us to become fast friends and co-creators. I’ve been in your shoes, and I’ve learned from my own experiences planning a wedding. Keep reading to see how this all works.
APPROACH
Getting ready
I’ll arrive an hour or two before you begin getting ready to capture detail shots and grab photos of you chilling with friends and family. These always end up being some of my favorite shots of the day.
First looks & portraits
I like to grab portraits before the ceremony or whenever the lighting is best. Sprinkling portraits throughout the day this way allows you to live in the moment and takes less time, so you can hit the dance floor as soon as possible.
Wedding party & family portraits
Together, we’ll work on a timeline and shot list that covers family members and other important guests. I’ll be mindful of family dynamics, and I’ll work with your wedding party to make things as stress-free and efficient as possible.
Ceremony & reception
My approach is documentary style – I observe my surroundings and pick up on the fleeting moments as you’re saying “I do” or sneaking off to makeout in the corner. Your job is to enjoy yourselves. I’ll do a little directing, but mostly we’ll let the day unfold organically, and I’ll capture it as it happened.
WRAPPING UP
Once we’re nearing the end, I’ll check back with you and your boo for any final photo requests. As soon as I get home, your images get backed up to four different locations until your gallery is delivered eight weeks from your wedding date.

PROCESS
1. Choose Package
Choose which package works best for your wedding day. You can choose from my top three most booked packages or have a custom proposal made unique for you!
2. pick a date
Once you choose your package, I will send you an electronic contract to sign and a $1500 retainer will be due to lock in the date. Once that is paid, you're all set! If you added a portrait session to your wedding package, I will reach out to schedule.
3. TIMELINE CONSULT
A month before your wedding date, I will reach out to go over an outline of the day and a preliminary shot list. The remainder of your wedding balance will be due a month before your wedding date.
